• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
• In case of quality defects, the return will be free.
• For exchanges due to size issues or personal preferences, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• The customer can also choose to exchange the item for the same model in a different size or color (if available). In this case, the shipping costs for the new item and the return of the old one will be borne by the customer.
